Capture Key Info From Meetings or Calls
Have your assistant listen to calls and meetings to extract updates, tasks, and more as they occur.
Recapping a client call with your HouseWhisper assistant is a great way to save time on keeping your CRM up to date, but did you know you can include them directly in your call? Try asking your assistant to join your next call or meeting so they can record it and capture notes, updates, and follow-up tasks live.
How to have your assistant capture notes and follow-ups live
To have your assistant listen in and capture the information from a live meeting or phone call, all you have to do is include your assistant. Here’s how:
First, call your assistant’s phone number.
For Live Meetings:
If you want to have your assistant follow along with a meeting you’re having in-person, put your assistant on speaker and ask them to record the live meeting.
For Calls:
If you want to have your assistant listen in to a client call, ask “Can you call [Contact], and record the call to take notes?” Then, answer the merged call and proceed with the meeting as usual.
Note: depending on the CRM/Dialer system you use, the steps to do this may vary. Ensure your carrier supports three-way calls.
You can even ask your assistant to do this in advance, have them remind you about the upcoming meeting 5 minutes before, then initiate the call at the start of the meeting.

When your assistant has your back on client meetings, you’ll be able to keep track of every detail with ease. The assistant will analyze the conversation and capture notes, provide you with a summary of the key points, extract any updates for your CRM, make said updates, and suggest reminders and follow-ups that make sense based on what you talked about with the contact.

Give it a go and start experiencing the effortless organization your assistant can provide you with when they’re riding along for every client meeting.
Note: Before using this feature, be sure to make yourself aware of and comply with any local recording laws in your state.
