Types of Input the Assistant Works With
Learn what kinds of information your assistant can process and use to help you with your day.
One of the most powerful things about working with your HouseWhisper assistant is the flexible way it can help you get work done with simple input you can give it on the go. In much the same way that a human assistant can figure out what you need from a photo, a quick call, or a text message, your HouseWhisper AI assistant can take in visual, audio, and text then analyze it to complete commands and recommend next steps.
Here are the types of information your HouseWhisper assistant can process:
Text messages
Send a text message to your assistant in the same way you would ask a person for help with a task. You don’t need to worry about getting the prompt 100% perfect - if the assistant is unsure of what you want, it will ask for more information and confirm what you would like it to do before taking action.
Phone calls
Call up your assistant to deliver a hands-free update on your last meeting. You can ask it to help you draft an email or text, or have it set up a future appointment. The assistant will also intelligently recommend next steps based on what you ask for. For example, when you recap the meeting you just had where you chose a day to view homes with your client, it will set up the showing appointment, and also suggest that you update the lead stage to “Showing Homes”.
Pro tip: You can call your assistant (or ask your assistant to call you) and have it record in-person meetings or client calls to capture notes, follow-ups and more as details are discussed. To learn more about how the assistant works for live meetings and calls, read this post.
Voice memos
Record a voice memo to recap your morning and send it on to the assistant in your phone’s messaging app. It can extract any tasks, reminders, or lead updates from the audio and get to work on making updates.
Images with text
The assistant can read text in images and take action on it, including things like creating leads from an open house sign-in sheet, adding an appointment to your calendar from a screenshot of an upcoming event you saw on social media, and much more!
